Zorayr Manukyan, Ph.D.

Chief Scientific Officer

Zorayr Manukyan, PhD, is the Chief Scientific Officer of the ClinStat Group. In addition to managing the company, he plays the role of a statistical leader in the design, execution, and analysis of clinical trials.

His background is a mixture of academic, CRO, and Biotech / Pharma industry with over a decade of experience in Pharma Industry in various leadership roles. His last industry position was that of a Senior Director, Early Clinical development, at Pfizer.

Dr. Manukyan Zorayr’s research interests include optimal adaptive and Bayesian designs. He has a PhD in Statistical Sciences from George Mason University (USA), an MS in Applied Mathematics from the University of Maryland (USA), an MS in Industrial Mathematics from the Technical University of Kaiserslautern (Germany) and a Ph.D. in Biology from the National Academy of Sciences of Armenia.

William F. Rosenberger, Ph.D.

Principal Consultant

Professor William F. Rosenberger is a University Professor in the Department of Statistics at George Mason University. Rosenberger served as department chair from 2006 to 2019. He received his PhD in mathematical statistics from George Washington University in 1992 and since then has spent much of his career developing statistical methodology for randomized clinical trials. He has two books on the subject, Randomization in Clinical Trials: Theory and Practice (Wiley, 2002), which won the Association of American Publishers Award for the best mathematics/statistics book published that year and has been issued in a second edition (Wiley, 2016); and The Theory of Response-Adaptive Randomization in Clinical Trials (Wiley, 2006). He is a Fellow of the American Statistical Association (2005) and of the Institute of Mathematical Statistics (2011).

Dr. Rosenberger holds PhD degree in Mathematical Statistics from George Washington University (USA).

Heghine Zakaryan, MS

Director / CEO ClinSoft Armenia

Mrs. Heghine Zakaryan is the CEO of ClinSoft, Armenia. In this capacity, she is responsible for overall operations and administration, human resources and local reporting functions, successful and effective project management, monitoring and reporting. Mrs. Zakaryan brings in comprehensive HR management and general operational management skills gained throughout her professional track record spanning over 12 years in various local and international organizations. Prior to joining ClinStatDevice, she was Acting Executive Director and Human Resources Director at the Cafesjian Foundation for 8 years.

Mrs. Zakayan is a graduate of the French University College (Armenia) and holds an MS degree in IT and Business Management from the European Regional Education Academy (Armenia).

Anastasia Ivanova, Ph.D.

Senior Statistical Consultant

Dr. Anastasia Ivanova is a Senior Statistical Consultant at ClinStatDevice. She is a prominent scientist with over 20 years’ experience of design and analysis of clinical trials, including adaptive and Bayesian trials. She received a prestigious Stanley S. Schor scholarship to work on adaptive designs at Merck Research Laboratories. Her research activities include Adaptive designs, Enrichment designs, Randomization, Dose-finding methods, and Bayesian method. Dr. Anastasia Ivanova has over 100 peer-reviewed publications on Statistical Methods, Public Health and Medicine. She is a Professor at the Department of Biostatistics of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Dr. Anastasia Ivanova holds a Ph.D. in Statistics from the University of Maryland (USA) and a Ph.D. in Mathematics from St. Petersburg State University (Russia).

Tigran Atoyan, PhD, MBA

Head of IT & Software Development

Dr. Tigran Atoyan is a Head of IT and Software Development at ClinSoft, Armenia. He is a seasoned multi-discipline professional with more than 20 years of experience in the field of Technology of Medical industries, Financial and iGaming. Dr. Atoyan is a professional with strong analytical and leadership skills that enhance the company’s business processes.

Dr. Atoyan holds a PhD degree in Computer Science from the Institute of Informatics and Automation Problems of the National Academy of Sciences of Armenia and Master in Business Administration degree from HULT International Business School in Boston (USA).

Arman Boshyan, MS

Software Solution Architect

Mr. Arman Boshyan is the Software Solutions Architect at ClinSoft, Armenia. Software engineer with over 15 years of management experience in IT companies and more than 20 years of software design/development experience. Arman Boshyan is an expert in computation geometry and image processing. Mr. Arman Boshyan is the founder of various IT companies, based on innovative solutions in field of computational geometry and 3D graphics. Head software architect of various solutions in the field of Web3D and real-time rendering systems. Extensive experience in the development of various software systems: rendering engines, systems related to financial operations, handlers of complex video data streams.
Mr. Arman Boshyan holds a Master degree in Engineering from National University of Architecture & Construction of Armenia.

Artak Harutyunyan, MS

Head of QA Department

Mr. Harutyunyan is the Head of Quality Assurance Department at ClinSoft, Armenia. He has been working in the Quality Assurance field since 2005 with a primary focus on quality assurance process implementation, improvement, and execution. Mr. Harutyunyan previously managed Software Quality Assurance teams in various known software companies including Macadamian Technologies (CAN), Be2(Germany) and Synergy International Systems (USA).
Mr. Harutyunyan holds a Master degree in Physics from Yerevan State University (Armenia).

Himanshu Verma

Blockchain Platform - CEO ConsilX

Mr. Himanshu Verma is currently engaged in the creation of ConsilX Digital, which leverages blockchain to disrupt the life sciences R&D, and ShiftAltCap, which is a digital marketplace for alternate investments opportunities for HNI’s.

Prior to that, he has been in the finance and business process industry for over 20 years. Mr. Verma worked as a Global Business Head for Life Sciences and Technology digital operations where he managed a team of 12000+ people across multiple locations and clients.
