Introduction
ClinStatDevice Corporate Social Responsibility Policy (henceforth ClinStatDevice CSR Policy) is the
primary source of information about the CSR Policy adopted by ClinStatDevice (henceforth referred
as “ClinStatDevice”, “the company”, “us”, “we”, or “our”).
ClinStatDevice CSR Policy mirrors our values as a business entity and outlines the ways we
articulate our responsibility toward our immediate, as well as global community and environment.
By adopting this policy, we aim at achieving the following goals:
- To establish ClinStatDevice CSR Policy,
- To define the scope of the company’s CSR actions and operations,
- To create the necessary frames of work the development and implementation of company’s
- CSR strategy.
ClinStatDevice CSR
As a tech company creating Information Technology and Data Analytics solutions for clinical studies, we are watchful about the impact our business has on the communities around us and theworld, at large. Thus, we pay attention that our business operations not only provide high-quality and innovative services supporting clinical trials and medical researches, but also that are employed towards generating beneficial results for the good of our end users – patients, their caregivers, and the general public – and be used to save and improve lives.
We believe that executing a responsible business performance – as well as a committed social stewardship to sustainable development – should stand at the core of any responsible business. Therefore, we are dedicated to taking actions towards ensuring that what we do will make a difference not only for our business partners and clients, but also for the sustainable development of communities, in general.
ClinStatDevice CSR encompasses all the practices and approaches that we undertake to ensure that we have a positive impact on our employees, the community, and the environment. These arethe three pillars of our CSR Policy.
This Policy applies to all aspects and representations of ClinStatDevice operations – offices, development centers, representations, project implementation sites, training and other events.

Contributing to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)
ClinStatDevice supports the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) adopted by the United Nations
in 2015, with a goal to achieve a better society by 2030. As a company, we actively take
responsibility in achieving the SDG3 (“Ensuring healthy lives and promoting wellbeing for all at all
ages”) through our products that are used to improve the health and wellbeing of all.
Protecting People (SDGs)
ClinStatDevice holds respect for Human Rights and has zero tolerance for any expression of human
rights abuse. Moreover, we are dedicated to protecting human rights related to all aspects of our
business operations.
We consider it important to give back to our communities. As such, ClinStatDevice makes annual monetary, in kind and man hour contributions to charities and public initiatives that are meaningful to us as a company, as well as encourage our employees to make donations and contributions on their own behalf. Moreover, we engage our staff members in our decision-makingand planning of relevant activities.
At ClinStatDevice we value our Environment and are committed to ensure that we continue to establish environmentally sustainable practices throughout our entire operations. To reduce our environmental impact, we constantly work towards improving the ways we do our best to make effective use of natural resources, operate in a sustainable manner and encourage our stakeholders to do the same, while maintaining high-quality workplace for our employees.
